  • What is the cost for delivery?
    The delivery charge is zero, thats right FREE DELIVERY. That means you can buy as many items as you wish and you just pay.......... NOTHING.

  • Can I order by phone or through the post?
    Yes of course, however using the website to order online is the most convenient way to buy direct from Lawrence Jewellers.To place your order by phone please call 0113 2320396 (making a note of the item code before you contact us) or by post (please print and complete the order form)

  • How do I pay for my order?
    At Lawrence Jewellers we fully understand concerns about making payments online. Thats why we have chosen to team up with PayPal. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction. Don't worry if you do not have a PayPal account you can still pay using your card through their secure servers by using any of the following cards.
    Personal cheques or Postal Orders are also accepted. If you elect to pay by any of these methods your order will be shipped as soon as payment has cleared. A print out of the completed order form should be posted along with your cheque/postal order. If you fax your order don't forget to post your cheque.

    Your order will be sent First Class Recorded Delivery by Royal Mail.

  • How long will it take for me to receive my order?
    We endeavour to keep high stock levels on all items at all times such that we are able to despatch over 95% of all orders within 24 hours and often same day. If an item goes out of stock then generally we are able to re-stock within 1-2 days so most orders are not greatly delayed.

  • How do I return goods?
    If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money (with the exception of earrings due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns). All returns must be complete in their original condition and packaging. If we suspect that the goods have been used, willfully damaged or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods back to you without refund.
